Refund & Return Policy

At LoveVaali, each product is handcrafted with love and care, personalized just for you. Since our products are custom-made, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. No Returns on Personalized Products

• Due to the custom nature of our cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Please double-check all personalized details before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If your card arrives damaged or is not as per your customization, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Send an email to sajeev47g@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging.
• Once approved the replacement/exchange product will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days or a refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided production has not started.
• To cancel, email us immediately at sajeev47g@gmail.com with your order details.
• After 1 hour, we cannot cancel or modify your order due to our fast processing workflow.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Errors in personalization provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes).
• Minor differences in colors due to display/device settings.
• Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery addresses.
