1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment and confirmation.
• Personalized designs may require extra time during peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Raksha Bandhan).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post).
• Estimated delivery time:
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
• Delivery delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders.
• Express delivery (where available) will be charged extra and can be selected during checkout.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) may include additional charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier link.
• You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website.

5. Address Accuracy

• Make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

• At this time, we only deliver within India.

7. Undelivered Packages

• If a courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
• We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
