Return Policy

At LoveVaali, all of our cards are custom-made with care and love. As each product is personalized based on your input, our return policy is designed to reflect this.

1. Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items unless they are damaged or incorrect.
• Please ensure all names, messages, and designs are correct before submitting your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your card arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email us at sajeev47g@gmail.com with:
  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A description of the issue
• Once verified, we will offer either:
  • A free replacement
  • Or a full refund (as applicable)

3. Cancellation Window

• Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided production hasn't started.
• To cancel your order, email us immediately at sajeev47g@gmail.com with your Order ID.
• After 1 hour, cancellations are not guaranteed.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
